This policy explains what information we receive when you use this website or contact us, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no advertising, and no analytics or tracking cookies. Browsing it does not send us any information about you.
- Vehicle-size preference. If you switch the pricing toggle between Cars and SUVs & Trucks, your choice is saved in your own browser so the page remembers it. It never leaves your device and is not sent to us.
- Hosting logs. The site is hosted by Vercel, Inc. Like any web host, Vercel may record standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to operate and secure the service. Vercel's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
What we receive when you contact us
When you call, text, or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us, such as your name, your vehicle, and the service you want. We use that information only to:
- respond to you and give you a quote,
- schedule and perform your detailing service, and
- keep a record of the work we did for you.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except as needed to run our business (for example, our phone or email provider) or when the law requires it.
Text messages
Texting us starts a conversation about your request. We reply to that conversation and may send scheduling reminders for a service you booked. We do not send marketing texts unless you ask for them. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Square. Square handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card number.
Photos of your vehicle
We may photograph your vehicle before and after service for our records. We only use photos of your vehicle on our website or social media with your permission.
Links to other sites
This site links to Google to show our reviews. Google's collection of information is governed by Google's privacy policy, not ours.
How long we keep information
We keep contact and service records for as long as needed to provide the service, keep our business records, and meet legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us below.
Children
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
